    I bet Ben is the only daddy in our family who eats bagels!!About your concrete, Haven’t you got some of those big foam squares that would make the floor more comfortable. and you could chalk a “concrete Jungle” on the walls. Also remember painting with just water seems to keep little people amused for ages
