I saw this post at No Time For Flash Cards and had a ‘lightbulb moment”!
We’ve tried playing with shaving foam before but Eli didn’t like putting his fingers in it. This time I provided ‘tools’ (paint brushes spoons and things from his play kitchen) for him to use and he was much more interested.
Shaving foam is a great medium for early letter formation so we’ll definitely be doing this again.
Sorry I’ve been a bit neglectful of this blog lately, school’s out in a couple of weeks so things are going to get a bit more interesting around here!
Quick question, unrelated to your post.Any tips for activities to keep toddlers entertained at airport on flight, other than the obvious (books, ipad, aquadoodle, stickers, lacing etc) just wondered if you’d come across anything in your blog browsing. ta x x x
